Ingredients
~ (Aged) Venison Steak, cut into strips
~ 1 Onion, chopped
~ 1 Pack of Sliced Mushrooms, chopped
Épices: Salt & Pepper
Recipe
- While sautéing onions and mushrooms in oil over medium heat, oil up slabs of venison steak, and spice them
with salt
and pepper.
- Before the mushrooms and onions are done, add the venison steak strips, and cook until finished.
