Ingredients

~ (Aged) Venison Steak, cut into strips
~ 1 Onion, chopped
~ 1 Pack of Sliced Mushrooms, chopped
Épices: Salt & Pepper

Recipe

  1. While sautéing onions and mushrooms in oil over medium heat, oil up slabs of venison steak, and spice them with salt and pepper.
  2. Before the mushrooms and onions are done, add the venison steak strips, and cook until finished.
  3. That's it!
